Transcripts from Bangalore University Application Procedures and Online Fees

1.       Visit – www.bangaloreuniversity.ac.in

2.      Download the application form http://bangaloreuniversity.ac.in/application-forms/

3.      Fill the form, please use capital letters to avoid confusions and reasons to refill new forms

a)     In case if you are a student other than BU Campus then you need to visit your to college first and get the form / application signed by the Principal

b)     Unless you don’t get the form signed by your College Principal, Bangalore University will not accept the request for transcript or any such examination work.

4.      Please be informed that Bangalore University stopped taking DD’s (Demand Draft) you need do online payment in Bangalore University website and select fee under transcript fee.

5.      Once you make the payment online and ready with the Principal’s signed form then you need to enclose photo copies of  all year /semester marks sheet and Degree Certificate (this means one set) like this you can add the number of sets you wish to have it, please note you may need to pay additional charges as for additional sets.

Once you are ready with all the documents then you need to visit Pariksha Bhavan Bangalore University on the ground floor, right side the room is also called as counter /enquiry section/ reception etc.  

You will experience the real time from this section because the good officers will check all your documents and try to reject on various reasons like forms not correct, photo copies are not clear etc don’t worry these are common in University.

You should know that no matter how big you are or what influence you have or in what background you go to University, University staffs will consider you as a student or old student by this you should be able to handle patience and tolerance if they don’t respect you proper.

 Once all the documents are correct they will take the documents and give you an acknowledgement slip that you need to keep safe or without the slip they will not give the transcript to you even if it is ready!

You may think that you have done the entire job and submitted successfully by which you can visit the University once again or in due time which generally take 15 to 20 days but in reality that does not happen or the application should be as it is with the section for various reason or in simple until the section in charges are paid to make it faster it will not happen. It’s not only the University fees to get the transcript but also the people fees.

Finally once you hear that your transcript is ready, take the challan slip / acknowledgement slip which was given to you during the submission, go to the first floor left on the corner side room documents delivery section give the chalan copy and collect the transcript

What you need to accept here is:

In India very few University give that digital version of the transcripts in a sealed envelope or like a formatted one - “FOR BANGALOE UNIVERSITY YOUR MARKS CARDS  AND DEGREE CERTIFICATE ATTESTED AND GIVEN IN SEALED, SINGED ENVELOPE IS CALLED TRANSCRIPT OR OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT ”

If you ask them to give formatted transcript they would say ever since University has started they never issued formatted or will not issue to anyone’s request, but relax these types of transcripts are accepted worldwide or they don’t have any option for digital formatted type transcripts!!

The Tension you will experience is,

1.      No respect or you should not expect anything other than your transcript.

2.     People in the University may expect something and you should respect it because you expect them to respect your request, like we go to the temple to pray to god but still we try to interest god by the giving him coconut breaking rituals etc

Ps: Please don’t assume now Bangalore University has started online payment hence there will be no cash dealing. Cash plays primary role in the University for All your Work.

After many of efforts running between college to University and University process paying and explaining my urgency I ended up with unwanted tensions. Finally after my 4 visits to the University I got my transcript by then which was one month, however when my sister wanted the transcript, she got her transcript in one email to FACTS Transcripts ( www.factsverify.com/mytranscripts.php /phone 8088880630 )they have charged her reasonable fees and they took end to end responsibility, she also got a copy of transcript to her email even before it was sent to WES directly

Hope this gives the complete picture when someone like me want to get the transcript directly, this is my personal experience and nothing against University or any agencies!
